ABOUT US

Established in February 2003 by two Civil Engineers, our company focuses on Land Development, Environmental, Water Resources, but most importantly we are a Florida engineering company.  The principals, Robert and Melissa Ross have a combined 27 years of experience in civil engineering and water resources engineering, primarily in the state of Florida.  Both have serviced both public and private sector clients taking projects from inception through design, permitting and construction.  Ross Engineering performs engineering services for many clients including large and small general contractors under the design-build contract method. Our closest partner in design-build is SepiCorp General Contractors with whom we share office space together in our Davie Florida offices. We currently work for over 10 general contractors under the design-build contract mechanism.

We implement strong project management and constructability in our designs that considers client budgets and schedule first.  By taking advantage of the latest technology in computer modeling; keeping on top of the latest design techniques and permitting criteria; and bringing together some of the strongest design and planning professionals in South Florida, the Ross Engineering Team, has come to signify success in Civil Engineering and Water Resources projects.

Greg Batista, P.E. and Associates specializes in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing engineering.  We have found that working closely together on the same development project has been very helpful in coordinating critical design connections between the civil and building design drawings.
