PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK:

Contracted to perform civil and drainage engineering services for this 3.5 ac site. Scope of work includes paving, grading and drainage design including a combination of exfiltration trenches and dry retention to meet the requirements for water quaility. A control structure is also designed  and added to allow discharge into the canal facing the southwest side of the property. A Water, Sanitary Sewer and Fire plan was also designed as well as a pavement marking and signage plan. Stormwater permitting is coordinated with Florida Department of Environmental Protection, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and Miami-Dade County DERM. Utility permits are with Miami-Dade WASD, City of Opa Locka and Miami-Dade HRS.
