Ross Engineering is community business enterprise ( CBE ) with Broward County, a community business enterprise ( CBE ) with Miami-Dade County, women business enterprise ( WBE ) with the State of Florida Department of Management Services and the School Districts of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. We also have obtained the SFWMD SBE, or South Florida Water Management District small business enterprise, and Broward County small business enterprise certification.  Ross Engineering is certified as a Florida DBE with FDOT and USDOT. Ross Engineering has recently applied for the Federal Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise ( SDBE ) certification and the GSA Schedule with the US Government.  Our company meets the requirements for disadvantaged by the small amount of employees we employee, the yearly revenue limits and the social aspect. Ross Engineering is a member firm of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and has in-house staff that hold the LEED-AP certificate for New Construction.

We have worked, and are currently working, as DBE, WBE, CDBE, CBE, SBE, LEED AP on government contracts for several large and medium sized architectural firms, engineering firms and construction firms.  In addition to Design-Bid-Build projects, we have participated on several Design-Build and CM at Risk projects throughout the State of Florida.
