PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK:
Site drainage for the 4.36 acres (Phase II) is
proposed to be handled with a combination of proposed exfiltration trenches, one
fenced dry retention area, Underground Stormtech Rain Tank System under
playfield, and
strategically placed yard drains to pickup excessive runoff from open space and
roof runoff tie-ins. Existing stormwater drainage system includes a retention
area, underground stormtech system in main parking lot and drainage structures
that cover approximately 5.19 acres (Phase I is currently under construction) of
the total site (9.55 acres in total). UTILITIES
INCLUDE UTILIZING AN ONSITE LIFTSTATION WITH SANITARY LATERAL TIE-INS TO THE
ONSITE SANITARY SEWER MAIN AND WATER CONNECTIONS ARE ALSO TO TIE INTO THE
EXISTING ONSITE WATER MAIN LOOP.
