PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK:

Contracted to perform civil engineering services for this 32.7 ac site. Scope of work includes paving, grading and drainage design including dry retention to meet the requirements for water quality. ICPR and PondS 3.3 were used to model for attenuation and pollution abatement GROUNDWATER recovery analysis.  An existing lake is also being used to treat the remainder of the WATER QUALITY volume. A Water, Sanitary Sewer and Fire plan was also designed with connections to existing lift station and onsite 8" water main. Permitting is coordinated with Broward County HRS, Town of Davie and Broward County EPD / SFWMD.
