PROJECT DESCRIPTION / ENGINEERING SCOPE OF WORK:

Preparation of preliminary civil engineering design for a university and two commercial outparcels. Scope includes paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, erosion control, signing and stripping plans; expected permitting is with SFWMD, SBDD, Broward County Traffic and The City of Miramar. Stormwater management included 1/2 inch dry pre-treatment with a overflow control structure that discharges to the master plan lake system.
