PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK:

Provided civil-drainage retro-fit for parking lot to go with the renovation of the hotel by Berrie Architecture. Additional parking with new pavement design was proposed with some areas of the existing parking lot to be milled and resurfaced. The entire parking area was proposed to be seal coated with a slurry tack coat. Landscape islands were proposed with 2 foot wide openings to allow runoff to reach existing catch basins. Concrete flumes were proposed where Type D Curb is to be installed at parking islands. We were able to eliminate the need for drainage structures and piping on the project by providing the flumes and channel openings.
