PROJECT DESCRIPTION / ENGINEERING SCOPE OF WORK:
Preparation of civil engineering design for a
hotel operator and two commercial outparcels. Scope included paving, grading,
drainage, water, sewer, erosion control, signing and stripping plans; ERP
permitting was succesfully completed with SFWMD, FDEP, St. Lucie West Services
District and The City of Port St. Lucie. Stormwater management included 1/2 inch
dry pre-treatment with a overflow control structure that discharges to the
master plan lake system. Construction is expected to be complete in early
2008.
