PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK:

CONTRACTED TO ANALYZE, DESIGN AND PERMIT CIVIL-SITE WORK FOR this 2.93 ac site IN Fort Lauderale, FLORIDA.  Scope of work includes paving, grading, and drainage design. Runoff from the property will be routed to retention areas on the property. The water quality treatment volume requirements are being handled in a combination of exfiltration trenches and dry retention. The water quantity for the property is being collected in the proposed drainage system and attenuated in the retention areas before positively discharging to the adjacent canal.
