PROJECT DESCRIPTION / ENGINEERING SCOPE OF WORK:
Provided civil engineering / parking consultant services on an existing 72 acre Assurant property of which only 7 acres was developed in two phases. Project in the City of Miami, Florida. Phase I consists of a proposed parking area where we have provided a drainage system which includes a combination of retention areas and exfiltration trench. This drainage system will have proposed positive outfall to an adjacent lake. Phase 2 of the construction consisted of a proposed parking area where we provided paving, grading and drainage plans, pavement markings and signage plans and storm water pollution prevention plans. Another commercial engineer projects designed by Ross Engineering Incorporated.
