PROJECT DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK:
Ross Engineering was hired as the miramar engineer for the preparation of civil engineering design for a university and two commercial outparcels. Scope includes paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, erosion control, signing and stripping plans; expected permitting is with South Florida Water Management District, South Broward Drainage District, Broward County Traffic and the City of Miramar. The project’s stormwater management included 1/2 inch dry pre-treatment with a overflow control structure that discharges to the master plan lake system.
