Selected as education engineer firm for Site drainage for the 4.36 acre (Phase II) is proposed to be handled with a combination of proposed exfiltration trenches, one fenced dry retention area, Underground Stormtech Rain Tank System under playfield, and strategically placed yard drains to pickup excessive runoff from open space and roof runoff tie-ins. Existing storm water drainage system includes a retention area, underground storm-tech system in main parking lot and drainage structures that cover approximately 5.19 acres (Phase I is finished construction) of the total site (9.55 acres in total). Utilities include using an on-site pump station with sanitary sewer lateral tie-ins to the onsite sanitary sewer main and potable water and fire flow connections tie into the onsite water main loop of the City of Hollywood’s line.
